Inspired by Rome and the surrounding countryside, made in the Hudson Valley.

We’re opening a restaurant at 1094 Rt 308 in Rhinebeck, NY this fall.

In the meanwhile, we’ll be hosting events out back on the restaurant’s beautiful land.

We’ve been forbidden to host pop ups on the property we’re currently renting for the time being, so we’re instead popping up all over the Hudson Valley once again
